Make friends or make out
Because of this woman who wrote in The Strait Times forums about her displeasure against lewd games played during orientation, now Social Development Unit (SDU) steps in to warn camp organisers to ensure game activities are not overboard in terms of guy-girl physical contacts. I UNDERSTAND the Government worries about the reluctance among the young to marry and have children. But, certain organisations are taking the message too far.
Several of my nephews and nieces in their first year at two of our local universities told me that their orientation camp organised lewd and improper activities. These games, I was told, were backed by the Social Development Unit (SDU).
In one game, female students were made to exchange sweets with male students using their mouths as they sat in a circle.
Another required a female student to lie on the floor as a male student did push-ups on top of her, obviously mimicking copulation.
There were also games where girls were asked to pick boys they wished to pair up with for a segment of the camp. Less 'attractive looking girls' were subjected to the taunts of boys who groaned and lamented to their friends when they were picked by these 'ugly girls'.
Such activities concern me. Are our youth being taught that physical attraction and touching are more important than appreciating another person's character?
Yes, physical attraction has some importance in forging relationships. But it should not be overtly emphasised. Moreover, if youth are taught to focus on the heat and sexual attraction of young love, their relationships will never be healthy, wholesome and enriching.
Do our universities and the SDU want our youth to end up sleeping together and waking up the next day only to discover that they cannot stand the character of the person whom they have just spent the night with, but still having had the best time in bed anyway?
I question the rationale in allowing such games. Without proper guidance, orientation organisers, who are inexperienced and hormone-charged youth, will lead their younger fellow students astray.
We want more of our youth to get married, but such activities demean both sexes and the idea of marriage.
If I'm not wrong, most undergraduates attend the orientation camp to make friends with people they will be studying with. My nieces and nephews say that they've made very few friends.
If they feel uncomfortable participating in such games, they are labelled 'square' and lacking in sportsmanship.
Such camps are teaching our youth to drop their moral values and religious beliefs for sexual gratification.
I don't think we want a nation of youth engaged in relationships that are lacking in moral values and religious beliefs just to halt the falling birthrate.
I urge the authorities to regulate such programmes.
I wouldn't want my child dating a schoolmate who did push-ups on top of her.

I have participated in these lewd games last year during Engin Oweek 2007 and also seen my freshmen participating in a few lewd games but mostly fun games this year during Engin Oweek 2008.
What I hated the most:
Last year I have to unfold a piece of folded paper with a freshie whom I felt uncomfortable. If he was clean-shaven and did brush his teeth, I might cooporate with him in this game.
It was supposed to be played between a girl and a guy but because Engine has more guys hence there are guys playing lewd games each other. GAYS ALERT! TOO BAD!
These 2 guys have to unfold a piece of folded paper using their lips or tongue. When I was unfolding the paper with a guy, I kept noticing his unshaven moustache and oil around his lips. When I tried to pull open the paper using my lips I was astonished to see his yellow-stained teeth. I felt extremely uncomfortable.
Is not that I am narrow-minded or petty. But who will feel comfortable placing your face very close to someone whom you don't really know? I bet he saw pimples and blackheads on my face but do you think I feel comfortable too?

Do you think his girlfriend or my boyfriend feel comfortable about that act too?
NO!
Another lewd game which I can think of now is during Secret Pal Night.
I was paired up with this guy, let me call him Guy A.
We were blindfolded and have to play many couple games with each other. I have to feel many guy hands while blind-folded to find out which hand belongs to Guy A.
I have to lick the oreo cream off the biscuit on his chest, stomach and arm, luckily not groin! He was lying down and I have to try to bite away the cream from the biscuit. I felt very uncomfortable because I was afraid he might feel horny about it.
IS TRUE. He felt horny about it! His bestfriend told me that during the night when I licked the cream off the biscuit on his body, he felt HIGH. BLOODY HELL! He said he felt HIGH! I was disgusted and I never talked to him again.
If nobody complains about this game, next time the oreo cream will be on the body itself! OBJECTION!
I saw this video and I kept laughing at it because this guy gave his first kiss to a guy! I think it was his first kiss. haha. You have to log into facebook to watch it.

Luckily it was by a guy-guy pair, if a guy-girl pair plays this game. How will the girl feel? She just kissed a guy who is her friend. If she has a boyfriend, how will her boyfriend feel? Some conservative girls might just rubbed theirs lips against the road to remove the emotional and physical pain from her. Or they might resort to chopping off their mouths. It may be that serious...
I have many videos which will be uploaded to youtube. Some actions may be quite offensive but most of the games are quite fun compared to last year.
Now in forums, many people are complaining that intimate games should be removed from camps, even Mr Brown whom I thought was open-minded even expressed his concern about the orientation games.
Why not just play games with minimal "sexual" contact, they are still fun right? I prefer the games played this year. Team work and pair work will be deemed effective if parties involved feel comfortable playing these games.
These are fun moments that I captured. Guy-Girl pair but very fun. Ensuring the pocky sticks won't break while running to the end point.
Transferring cards from 1 end to another end using cheeks.
Guys piggy back the girls so that the girls can bite off the marshmallow hanging in the air.
Transfer waterbombs using legs ensuring they won't drop on the ground.
Roll on your friends! So fun!
These are some games played this year that involved guy-girl interactions but they were fun! Nobody feels uncomfortable about these games and my freshmen stayed with me throughout the whole week. Nobody left the orientation.
Jude said it was because of me thats why everybody stayed. haha. He said I was the spark in the orientation group. I was trying to act dumb and funny during the camp, but in actual fact I don't have the energy to show my crazy side to my mature friends. They will think I am immature and childish.
But I do show my true colours-"crazy side" to my bestfriends, Isaac and family members. I was called the "xiao zha bo" in girl guides and in secondary school.
Got to go to church soon. Bye Bye!~

Saddest day of the year

130 Pictures in 1 hour
When I came back from school today, I saw my camera and started camwhoring for about 1 hour. I took about 130 pictures!!! Shi Yun, I think I camwhored more than you, I should steal your camwhoring title from you, haha.
School is stressful hence I need to take a break. I was so stressful that yesterday I took the wrong bus to school!
It was raining heavily, I was waiting for bus 52 from bishan to clementi. I saw a bus approaching and the number I saw was 52.
I hopped on and slept in the bus for about 20 mins. When I woke up, I was shocked that the driver has brought me and the other passengers to Novena.
I was thinking is it he was trying to divert from Adam road as there might be a traffic jam? I thought he was quite clever to have chosen another route to clementi.
BUT!
The passengers in the bus looked calm except me! When the bus stopped at one bus stop around Novena, a passenger got up and nobody alighted. MEANS I Awas IN THE WRONG BUS!
I took bus 162 instead of bus 52.
What a dumb faggot am I.
Isaac called and I told him I was in the wrong bus so he told me to take MRT from Novena to Clementi.
ARGH..hence I was late for tutorial. =(
ok back to topic. I took 130 pictures of myself. But definitely not going to upload 130 of them. Sometimes I wonder how my facial expressions look like when I am feeling sad, angry or happy. From photos, I also found the best angle to shift your face to look photogenic! I also love to dress up and style my hair. haha.
Many pimples, blackheads + huge pores but the expressions are what it matters! haha
I have collected more than 10,000 photos in my computer, but I think Shi Yun has more. She is a real cam-whorer.
In my parents' room. Hair tied into half.
Now trying to look like I am bottling up my problems.
I am amazed by you.

I am feeling disturbed, frustrated and confused. Haha, I can't act them out so well...
No bad hair day today. What a miracle. My hair is always dry and those curly kind of strands with different tensions are sticking out from my head. I need to reborn my hair and dye them again. The last time I rebonded my hair was 2 years ago and the last time I dyed my hair was 1 year ago. I realised my hair is growing very slowly. SO WOLS...
Pleats! It is so hard to tie them and I failed in tying a nice one. =(
I am a big hair girl in a hypocritical world, it's not a peaceful place, to believe in. But I do drop alot of hair everyday, more like shedding hair... My bestfriends, Isaac and my family know that I take about 15-30 mins to comb my hair. They entangle too easily because they are dry and there are so many curly stiff hairs stuck in my hair causing friction against each other. haha.
Shi Yun do write a blog entry about cam-whoring too! I want to see =)) 130 pictures in 1 hour, can break my record? Felicia can try if you want but I think Shi Yun camwhored faster than you. haha.

I love you because I love your NS uniform~

I don’t understand why they would change such a nice and flattering uniform. The current SAF army no.4 is the nicest and smartest and manliest army combat uniform throughout all the armies in the world.
I would like to ask if wives are asked for their opinions before this change was decided? Who decided this? As wives of our regular soldiers, we are in close contact with the uniforms as much as the soldiers are. And it is also a large part of our lives.
I fell for my husband because of the dashing and manly no.4 uniform. Many many other army wives believe that uniform is extremely flattering and sexy.
Can we seek some explanation or redress in some way? :( "

Army uniforms are designed to camouflage and maybe to show FEAR and not sexiness...
I believed they have decided to change to another colour for the army uniform because too many wives are getting horny with the old uniform resulting in soldiers not turning up for reservice and trainings. Wives spent too much intimate time with the old uniform... HAHAHA. What a good reason. HAHA.

Sushi making =))
Isaac made the rice because HE IS THE HOST. haha. The rice was rather tasteless and bland, not salty enough.
Isaac taught me how to make sushi.
The orange ingredient is actually SAUSAGE! I told him no sushi chef will choose sausage as fillings, but Isaac loves to eat sausage, my brother loves sausages too!
I made a cucumber sushi and fed Isaac.

Isaac do not have Tuna hence we used salmon. Tasted horrible...
I am a better sushi maker than Isaac even though Isaac was the one who taught me how to make them. haha.

Jude Tan is one of the kind. He is 22 years old and is so mature. It is time for me to grow up too, I am getting old, can't act Ah Lian or act stubborn anymore, must act NICE like Jude. He kept all his unhappiness about people inside him instead of telling them about it.
I think it is better to keep quiet than tell people about their flaws.
I aspire to be like him. Giving tuition to one kid is good enough, sufficient! $220 a month is good! As long as it is above $200, I think it is enough money for me for the month.

Wan Xin on Thursday and Isaac on Friday
Should have taken more pictures with wan xin! My bestfriend since secondary school. =)) I have not seen her for a long time hence we decided to meet up on Thursday at Vivocity. I got 2 pictures but my handphone camera sucks... once I shake abit, the pictures look distorted!
I should bring my digital camera out.
Ok, since I have no pictures here. Just imagine wan xin as a princess! Long hair with bangs, cute eyes and she is tall!
So I was out with her. We kept chatting non-stop! Really non-stop about relationship, our lives, friends and alot more.
We ate at Terra Cafe!
Terra Cafe is my favourite place, I think I have been there about 10 times this year. The food is good, service is excellent and most importatntly, it is RELATIVELY CHEAP compared to other restaurants.
$9.90 for a huge meal + soup + dessert at Terra Cafe = $20++ for a meal + soup + dessert at Cafe Cartel or some other restaurants.
Go patronise Terra Cafe at Vivocity now, there is a 20% discount off =)) Wan xin, shhhh...hahaha!
Wan Xin and I have the same interests! We love reading other people blogs! So we kept chit chatting about those bloggers at Terra Cafe from 6.30pm to 9pm!
I can't wait to meet up with her again as her birthday is coming =))
Next, I met up with Isaac Darbee on Friday!
I have not seen him for 2 weeks! He went to field camp and for his situational test and got bitten by a bug.
He went for his Day 1 mission but did not go for his Day 2 mission as he was in sick bay. His finger was initially bleeding because the bug bit him there. Later his whole hand became swollen like INCREDIBLE HULK's HANDS!
You can barely see Isaac's knuckles because his whole hand is swollen.
I can feel Isaac's pain. His pinky was so hard and stiff that he can hardly bend his finger. Poor Darbee =(( My fingers next to his fat fingers.
I took alot of photos of Isaac because I have not seen him for a long time!
Met him after school =))
Isaac looks better with little hair... HAHA.
We rushed to catch the movie at The Cathay at 4.35pm. We watched Money No Enough 2. Why we rushed?
FOr the student promotion!
We are so cheapskate! Haha, paying movies for $9 and above is so not worth it!
Hence we paid $6 only =)) SO happy!!!!
Let me tell you... I cried in the cinema, Isaac tried to console me and lend me his chest to cry on but I actually wailed!
I could not control my tears until I wailed.
So there was sound coming out from my mouth while crying as if the amma who died in the show is someone close to me.
The amma is so cute! She is a superb actress! I like her alot =))
I can't stand the 3 brothers. Anyway the show is funny and meaningful, do watch it!
Yesterday I was feeling emo because my close friend's father just passed away. I felt very sad for him because my friend is still young. He is very clever, mature and filial too. It is just sad to hear what has happened.
I felt so emo because 2 people passed away on that day. The amma in Money No Enough 2 and my friend's father. I am going to pay respect to his father soon and also to console my close friend. He has been a great friend to us and is always there to help us in our tutorials.
I rushed to open my parents' bedroom door yesterday night around 1am. I saw both of them snoring loudly on the bed. I stared at them and tears welled up in my eyes, I can't imagine what I will do without them. They are so important in my life.
Why can't people live forever? Why must they die? Why must they hurt loved ones?

Do you greet your parents?
I was talking to Jude on the phone when I reached home. I saw my father and said, "PAPA!"
Jude immediately said, "SO GUAI AR!"
Me," HUH? You don't greet your parents?"
Jude, "No eh, I said "Hi" and "whats for dinner today?"" (Greedy PIG)
I saw my mum and I said, "MUMMY!"
Mum asked, "Have you locked and ledged the door?"
Me, "Yes I locked and ledged le."
Jude, "Wah, you really very guai eh"
But I thought every children should greet their parents? It is not just about filial piety, it is also about respect.
If you see somebody in the house, you should greet them unless there is nobody in the house.
AND GREET THEIR NAMES!
saying Hi is too casual, is like saying Hi to your friends.

I think I am trained from young, trained by parents and also by Kindegarten Teachers.
Do you remember the small booklet that you have to check(mark a tick) everyday when you greet your parents or say thank you or say I love you? Your parents have to sign them to show that they have witnessed your good deeds.

Err... FUCK!
Jade Seah said "Err...FUCK!" in Channel 5 Today In Beijing, an olympics programme!!!
I prefer to watch that show because they showed the recap of some events. I was watching her show yesterday but I didn't know why I didn't hear her say "ERR.. FUCK!"

THE verdict is out.
MediaCorp artiste Jade Seah did utter an 'expletive' - which sounded like the f-word - during last Wednesday's episode of the Olympics news programme Today In Beijing, the station said.
In an e-mail reply to my paper, Mr Kenneth Liang, executive vice-president (TV Programming & Production, Channel 5), MediaCorp TV, said: 'MediaCorp Channel 5 has investigated and confirms that there was an unintentional utterance by the presenter off-camera.'
He explained that there was a delay in switching off Seah's microphone after she had delivered her lines, and it caught her reaction 'to a fluff she had made in pronouncing an athlete's name'.
Mr Liang said: 'We deeply regret the unintentional leakage of the off-air expletive. Measures have been put in place to prevent such occurrences from happening in the future.'
Seah will not be replaced.
She continues to co-host the programme with Mark Richmond, the station said.
The 25-year-old beauty queen-turned-TV presenter has also been criticised by TV viewers as a wrong choice to present the programme.
However, Mr Liang said: '(Seah) may not have the mileage of a seasoned presenter but she brings to her delivery a fresh appeal.'
I think I can understand her. If I said somebody's name wrongly, I might say "FUCK MAN" or "SHIT" or "WTF I AM SUCH A NEH NEH". But definitely not during the show! Why should I say profanities infront of handsome Mark Richmond or my directors?
She is definitely not a Bimbo because I don't think she is pretty, she is one of the runner up for Miss Universe Singapore a few years back. A host for Live the Dreams too.
I think it is her eyes that make her look unfriendly. She looks bu song during the show. Her smile was quite fake too. I think Mediacorp should hire sweet cheerful ladies to be the host instead like Felicia Chin or Jeanette Aw.
Speaking of Jeanette Aw. She is already 29 years old, why isn't she ageing!?!?! She is still so pretty! I was watching the 9pm channel 8 show and I saw her hairstyle, she looked like a cute 20 years old student!
Watch this video! She said Er FUCK around the 51 seconds mark. My father said it was not her because he said the person who said ER FUCK sounded like a guy. Means Jade Seah actual voice does sound like a man. HEH HEH. =))

Olympics fever
I think we should have olympics every year, it is so nice to watch! Even better than channel 8 drama serials!
It is amazing to see Michael Phelps winning 8 Golds, seeing Usain Bolt running way faster than any other runners and also laughing at Javelin throwers' screams!
I hate watching table tennis. My family and I were watching the finals for table tennis between China and Singapore. I watched until pek chek. I don't understand why there was an aunty participating in the finals too. I wonder how old is she? She looks like she is 40 years old. haha, my father was also complaining why was there a DUA PUI SOH in the twin double finals. My friend said Jia Wei is pretty and nice, but she seems arrogant to me...
Badminton is interesting. That Lin Dan from China is so handsome and the way he plays badminton shows that he will always be NUMBER 1.
Volleyball is exciting too. How I wish I can learn to play volleyball properly but whenever I tried either my arms seemed to be in pain or the ball failed to be thrown to the oppenents. What a noob.
Table Tennis is irritating. The more I watched the game, the more I felt frustrated maybe because Singapore made alot of mistakes. I played ping pong with my brother before. We placed our bolster across the dining table to act as a net. HAHA.
Basketball is boring. I think the basketball court should be bigger like the size of a football field, it would be more fun that way. It seems so easy to hit a score and the scores are 100 over within a game. Football can never reach 100 scores within a game. haha.
Javelin is funny! Especially the female Javelin throwers. When they ran and threw the Javelin they always let out a scream or a ROAR! There was a black Javelin thrower who was quite big size ran and threw the Javelin. Right after she threw the Javelin she let out a piercing scream! It was not just AH! it was AH AH AHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I laughed out loud!
Swimming is exciting too! Michael Phelps is like a motor boat. I researched more about him and watched his past perfomances in youtube, wow..he is amazing!

Javelin is funny! Especially the female Javelin throwers. When they ran and threw the Javelin they always let out a scream or a ROAR! There was a black Javelin thrower who was quite big size ran and threw the Javelin. Right after she threw the Javelin she let out a piercing scream! It was not just AH! it was AH AH AHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

why can't i respect people from different backgrounds?
I realised I have made alot of enemies. 1st bunch of enemies was in secondary school when this gang of girls hate me for stealing a girl's boyfriend. I did not even steal him at all, he left the girl to woo me, so is not my fault, and we were not even together.
The 2nd enemy was a guy who likes devil and has broken up a few couples and tried to break my relationship with Isaac. He was quite sadistic.
My 3rd enemy comes from my orientation group. After knowing for a few weeks, I realised he was quite pampered as he came from a rich family. I told him how I feel because I said he was pampered and I was jealous about his life. We decided not to talk to each other anymore because we are from 2 different worlds. My bestfriends whom I can click are people who lead a simple life and they aren't rich at all, so I can't get used to friends who are rich.
I didn't want to be enemies with him but he wanted it, so I guess this is how my next friendship ended...
I am such a lousy person, I am definitely low class and full of shit.

Outing with my colleagues
Shi Yun made delicious white chocolate cornflakes while Jannah made yummy brownies for all of us!
We initially wanted to eat at Orchard Swensons but because of a rude indian waiter, we decided not to eat there. Please don't patronise that Swensons restaurant becase service sucks big time. Felicia said that she is going to call to complain but I don't know if she did already, haha.
In the end we ate at BREEKS at takashimaya. Service was extremely good! It was 100 times better than Swensons. I even praised the waiter for providing us with good service. Every requests to them were done efficiently and they spoke to us as if we are like their BOSSES. haha.

Shi Yun and I went home first because we had to make jellies. I was making for my Orientation group and she was making for her HONEY. MUAHAHA.
She also stayed over at my house! To make her feel comfortable, I lend her my bolster, pillow and blanket. I slept on the bed with nothing to hug, lie or cover because as long as she sleeps well, I can sleep well too. Hee I want to have a slumber party with my bestfriends soon!

What my bestfriends mean to me
I realise my bestfriends mean alot to me! I only got 5 bestfriends =))
Shi Yun, Hui Ying, Ying Hui, Wan Xin and Felicia! I need to meet up with Wan Xin one day, miss her alot, I wonder how is her life now.
When one of my bestfriend's boyfriend broke up with her, I cry together with her. 1 of my bestfriends and I skype with her and we cry together! I want my bestfriend to have the best in her life and I want her to be happy. She don't deserve to get hurt at all!
Now my another bestfriend got attached with the guy whom she is crazy in love with! I am so happy for her! For the past few days she have been telling me all the nice things about the guy and her, I knew that both of them are made for each other!
I am not happy with her preivous boyfriend because I think he can't support her. But I didn't stop them from loving each other.
Today, I am really happy for my bestfriend! I know that guy can give her happiness even though I have not met or talked to him yet. She is smiling away today and can't help but think of him. HAHA. So happy for her!
I hope all my friends can be happy too. Bestfriends can never be replaced =))

Olympic dreams or nightmare
I like watching Olympics volleyball, swimming and weightlifting but I missed out the part when this hungarian weightlifter dislocated his elbow while lifting a 148kg of weight.
My mother said he is a handsome and young man, it is quite sad for such an ambitious and determined man to have an injury on the day when he was supposed to present the best for his country and for himself.
I think he is very brave! If I were him, I bet I will be crying all the way... I am such a wee wee coward. Not only will I be scared of my injury I will also think of what the audience and judges will think of me and also my parents and love ones! WIll my girlfriend still want a guy with a dislocated elbow?

MY Orientation group are great bunch of people! FUN!
Didn't blog yesterday because I slept from 5pm to 8am the next day! I was really sick. AND I am still sick!
We are the best councillors! We get along so well!
FUN GAMES! Watching them having fun is also fun! haha, I think it will be more fun if I was the one playing in the games.

Funny Doctor
I fell sick yesterday, I was having a bad cough because I had an extremely itchy throat.
Most of the clinics below my house were closed yesterday(Sunday) except for 1 clinic. I was really sick so I had no choice but to visit that clinic.
The layout of the clinic looked unfriendly and the chairs were just stools. The 2 receptionists cum pharmacists were young pretty ladies.
I registered at the counter and waited for my turn.
"Jasmine Tan!"
I entered the doctor's room and saw a fat and bald doctor with huge eyebags below his eyes.
Aren't doctors supposed to be fit? Why is it that this doctor has a huge tummy hanging at his waist?
And why is he balding? Didn't he has medicine for receeding hairline or cure for hair loss?
He asked what happened to me.
Me: My throat is itchy, so I keep coughing.
Doctor: (takes out a stick with a rubber stud) I know how to solve that problem! I help you scratch your itchy throat with this stick. HAHAHAHHAAHA
Me: (silence)
Doctor: HAHAHAHAHAHHA
Me: That's quite lame.
Doctor: HAHAHAHAHHAHAA I know! Joking la~
(slapped my thigh lightly while laughing)
I was wearing shorts, so I felt kind of weird when he "caressed" my thighs.
Doctor: Let me see your throat
Me: Ok.
Doctor: (using a torchlight to view my throat) WWWWWWAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH! SO RED LA!
(He rolled his typist chair away from me when he saw how red my throat was)
I find that super hilarious because it was as if he saw a monster in my throat. He exaggerated the seriousness of my sore throat by rolling his chair away from me.
Then he showed me all the antibotics and explained how useful are each antibotics.
BORING~ He showed me a printed list of antibotics and explained again. OMG. PLEASE I AM NOT A BIOLOGY STUDENT and NEITHER DO I WANT TO BE A DOCTOR!
Next, I need to ask everyone this question. Can male doctors lift up female's top to place stethoscope on their back?
Most of the time when I see a general practitioner, they place their stethoscope on my body with clothes on.
However, this doctor is quite "special", he walked behind me and lifted up my top to place his stethoscope on my back while squatting down behind.
So unprofessional and unglam!

Odyssey won the best orientation group among 20 groups!
Odyssey won the best orientation group among 20 groups! Might be because of me! hahaha, no la. We had great attendance in this group and all councillors- Jude, Me, Ming Yi, Isabel and Kevin turned up for all activities.
We won so many games because everybody cheered for one another and supported each other!
Now I am missing Orientation Week, I had so much fun in it and I never regret being a councillor cum facilitator during the orientation.
I have many retarded freshmen!

Tired and I have the most ugliest sun tan ever!
I am back from orientation camp. I enjoyed facilitating my freshmen and making many new friends! I had lots of fun too!
Before I upload all the photos during the orientation week.
Let me show you my sun tanned body. It is the most disgusting and ugliest tan ever! I went to Sentosa on Wednesday with my freshmen for Sentosa orientation games. I wanted to get tanned so I didn't put sunblock because the previous time I went for tanning, I wasn't tan because I put sunblock.
Please say this is UGLY!
A new singlet for me
Serve me right for not applying sunblock. However, my freshmen and my friends did apply sunblock but they still got burnt!
I can't take pictures for upcoming collections for http://tubee.livejournal.com/ I will make all clothes look damn ugly because I have an ugly body now.
I have been walking, running and carrying until my legs ache, arms ache, feet ache. But I LIKE IT, WOO, WOO *clap *clap, WOO, WOO, *clap, *clap
Because I can feel my arms and legs being more toned up and less flabby! Say hello to sexy arms and legs! hahahah
I am very tired now because I slept very little in school.
Have just finished washing my smelly camp clothes and my family's clothes too. Hung them up on the bamboos(so many clothes!) and folded my family clothes that was hung to dry yesterday. NOW I AM REALLY TIRED!
A random note: I hate clothes that colour run. I have to wash them manually. Why can't washing machines detect clothes that can colour run and wash them separately???

What shocked me during 1st day of orientation
The new batch of NUS engineering freshmen came today and we greeted them with cheers and smiles. Everybody introduced themselves and suddenly I felt young again, the last time I was crazy, hyper and enthusiastic was when I was a girl guide activity leader. Haha
I love the feeling of being myself =)) The crazy me is right inside, it takes alot of effort to purge it out.
I have about 20 new freshmen under my group called Odyssey. We only have 4 orientation leaders today- Ming Yi, Jude, Isabel and Me. Hence it was quite tedious to handle such a huge group of people.
We played some fun games, cheers and MASS DANCE!
Mass dance was easy, but the steps are ugly. I realised I learn dance steps faster if their steps are damn ugly.
When I danced during my secondary school, we danced BOA songs and following the exact same movements in BOA's MTV. I can't catch up! Her dance steps are beautiful and I just love it but I can't keep up!
Maybe I should learn ugly dances, they are easy to dance.
It took me 2 hours to know how to dance the Mass Dance. Haha, a sense of achievement! Jude, MIng Yi and Isabel said I learnt faster than them because they have actually learnt it before for 2 dry runs and I only learnt it yesterday. haha, I am Hao Lianing. PLS~
This is the dance. The steps can't be compared to BOA's step. But no choice, many freshmen do not know how to dance, hence they have to chereograph easier steps.

Ok..I didn't tell anyone that I have a blog but the shocking thing is that this guy called Jun Qun my junior asked me this when he first saw me today
Jun Qun: Do you have a blog?
Me: er..yah. Why?
Jun Qun: Is it tubee?
Me: Omg, how you know my blog?
He said he always reads many blogs and happened to read mine. What a coincidence and he knew about my migraine last year when I entered mechanical engineering. He said that entry was scary because I went to see a neurologist and I was so stressed during my first semester. He knows I got a blogshop too. SO COOL!
Aiya, to all my dear juniors =)) Don't let semester 1 kill you ok, kill semester 1 YOURSELF!
I have learnt my lesson, so don't harm your body by succumbing to stress. Overcome it!

Orientation Camp and missing Isaac
When is the last time I last used my sleeping bag? Finally I have the chance to sleep on it again!
I am a NUS engineering orientation leader from tomorrow to next Friday, we need more leaders! Do come and crash the orientation =))
Yesterday I cried for Isaac, I never cried for him but I cried because I missed him and he said he was being confined for 3 weeks due to a mistake his platoon mates did.
His platoon mate pointed a laser from his rifle at the other company and the other company complained to Isaac's company, hence confinement.
3 weeks! I have to bloody hell wait for Isaac for 3 weeks? He can't come out on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
Very Xin Ku... =(( But I cannot give up!
waiting for him for 2 years = he will give me lifelong happiness = WORTH IT
=))
Whether true anot, I want to see and experience it myself.
